These terms explain the simple rules for using DivoBlock, a free casual puzzle game for iPhone and iPad.
Using DivoBlock
You may install and use DivoBlock for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with Apple’s App Store terms and applicable law.
Availability and changes
Levels, visuals, sounds, advertising frequency and other features may be improved or changed through app updates. We aim to keep published information accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
Advertising
The free app may show interstitial advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Advertising does not represent an endorsement by Daniil Anastiuk. See the advertising disclosure for details.
Purchases, refunds and returns
DivoBlock currently has no in-app purchases, paid subscription or physical goods. Therefore, no DivoBlock refund or returns process applies. If a future Apple transaction is introduced, billing and refund requests will be handled through Apple’s official purchase system and policies.
Intellectual property
The DivoBlock name, original game presentation, website copy and visual assets belong to the publisher unless a third-party service or trademark is expressly identified.

The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
